I'm Cara, a VTCT Level 3 qualified massage therapist based in Crowthorne, Berkshire.
My interest in massage therapy began over 16 years ago while working in the corporate world in London. Wanting to learn a new skill, I enrolled at the London College of Massage, where I discovered a real passion for wellbeing and therapeutic massage.
After having my two children, I went on to complete my VTCT Level 3 qualification in Massage Therapy, including Anatomy and Physiology, and decided to pursue massage therapy professionally.
Since then, I have continued to expand my knowledge and skills through training in Natural Lift Facial Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Brazilian Sculpting Massage.
I believe massage is more than just a treatment —it is time for yourself to relax, reset, and feel your very best. My aim is to create a calm, welcoming space where every client feels refreshed, cared for, and completely relaxed.
