Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to appointments booked with Renew & Relax.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation charge or loss of deposit where reasonable.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to offer another suitable appointment time, subject to availability.
Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us in advance, this may be treated as a missed appointment.
Missed appointments may result in a cancellation charge or loss of deposit where reasonable.
Deposits
Renew & Relax may request a deposit to secure your appointment.
If a deposit is required, this will be explained before your booking is confirmed.
Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments where reasonable and where a loss has been incurred.
If We Need to Cancel
If Renew & Relax needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment where available.
If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, any payment or deposit already paid for that appointment will be refunded.
