Your appointment is only confirmed once Renew & Relax has contacted you and confirmed the date, time, treatment, and price.
Payments
Payment details will be confirmed when your appointment is arranged.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Renew & Relax as soon as possible.

Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid affecting other appointments.
The full treatment price may still apply.
